With a B.A. in Economics Honours, M.A. in Economics, and B.Ed. qualification, Pankaj has developed strong analytical, teaching, and communication skills that can be effectively applied to Mathematics teaching. His teaching approach focuses on explaining concepts in a simple and practical manner, encouraging students to ask questions, and building their confidence in solving mathematical problems.

Pankaj is skilled in classroom teaching, lesson planning, effective communication, public speaking, student mentoring and guidance, teamwork, and leadership. He believes in understanding individual student needs and providing appropriate guidance to improve their academic performance.
